May really makes this place special. She’s a wonderful host, always friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for restaurants, activities, and sightseeing tours, and can help arrange them too. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with a fridge, hairdryer, and good shower. The location is right in the city center, just around the corner from Wat Phra Singh. I’ve stayed twice and would gladly come back again.

The guesthouse is in a great spot, but set back from the main road, so it stayed quiet. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the host shared lots of good places to eat and things to do in Chiang Mai. We had a lovely stay.

May and her brother were so kind and available whenever we needed anything. The hotel is right in the old city, so we could reach the main attractions without taking a taxi. Our room had air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a hairdryer, and the bed was large and comfortable. I’ve saved this hotel to my list and really recommend it for a stay in Chiang Mai. May, the owner, is so caring and helpful, with lots of local suggestions and an airport shuttle at a very reasonable price. The room feels modern and renovated, and was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are easy to use and clean, and there’s a reasonably priced full-service laundry program. It’s a great place in Chiang Mai’s old city, perfectly placed for the Sunday night market. Don’t miss it!
