Our travel agent found us another hotel, thank goodness, because we were at a loss with this place. The lifts were all out of order, and everything was dirty and overgrown. The property had apparently been sold and was run down. There was no reception or restaurant. The old restaurant had motorbikes parked inside, and the reception area was full of rubbish and seemed unused. We were asked to pay again by someone we think was a cleaner for the new company’s apartment. This was a total rip-off, nothing like the photos. Do not stay here. Scam.

The rooftop pool was the highlight for me, especially when the Thailand sun got too hot. The hotel has lovely views across Chiang Mai, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we asked about a massage, they arranged it within minutes at their sister hotel. A car took us there, and the spa staff were waiting to take us straight to a traditional Thai massage. It was very affordable compared with massages in America. We had a quiet room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom felt luxurious, with a double rain shower and a jetted tub. Having a custom-ordered breakfast delivered to the room each day was a nice treat. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you want a few relaxing days in Chiang Mai.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was one of the most beautiful. The room was large, with a kitchen, closet room, shower room, and a jacuzzi bath in front of the TV. It was quiet, and the bed and big towels were lovely. I’ll definitely come back for more nights.

A clean, convenient place in chang mai, around 15 minutes from the airport. The service was friendly, and I’d highly recommend it for a trip to Chang Mai.

We spent three days at Pool Suites, and the private pool was sparkling clean. The facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the restaurant, which served some of the best food we’ve had and had plenty of choices for different tastes. Everything was clean, the service was excellent, and the HR manager took especially attentive care of us. A great choice for a luxurious, carefree getaway with superb dining.
