Fine for one night, but only so-so overall. The room was clean, though the shared bathroom wasn't. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was just one plug in the room. We booked while we were in Chiang Rai, then arrived in CM and waited about an hour for the room to be ready. When we left in the morning, nobody was at reception.

The people here are friendly, and we had fun playing games. The house is quiet at night. Food is good, and the local market and 7-11 are about a six-minute walk away. The night market is nearby too, and the Old City is around ten minutes on foot. From the airport, it took about ten minutes by red bus. We'll come back! ^_^

The people are really friendly, and it's a peaceful place to stay among local residents rather than in the tourist area. It's outside the city centre, but getting around is easy if you have a scooter. They're super cheap in Chang Mai.

The house is around a 10-minute walk from the old town, and the staff are quite nice. There's also a supermarket and a kitchen for anyone who wants to cook.
