The breakfast buffet is standard and good, and the hotel is clean, though dated. The pool for ordinary guests is a short walk away and not inviting or clean, as the attached photos show. It’s near the start of Loi Kroh road, the red light district of chiang mai, so some rooms can get noisy from the nightlife. Good overall.

Rooms are really spacious and comfortable, and the staff are superb and friendly. It’s well placed for getting around and just a stone’s throw from Taphae Gate. There are great bars and restaurants nearby, and breakfast here is well done and more than adequate. For western food, Burger bar (Rock On) is fantastic, though there’s plenty of local quisine to choose from.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel, and it’s close to Tha Phae Gate and the old town. The staff are friendly, the rooms are large and spacious, and breakfast has a good mix of Thai and Western options. Street noise from people can make it a bit loud at night.

The location is perfect, with lots of bars, restaurants, and massage places nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of western and asian choices. I’ll definitely come again.

It’s an average hotel with good service and an okay breakfast. The rooms are large, but they don’t get much daylight because of their position, so the lights need to stay on inside. You get what you pay for. 28 November 2025
