Rich Garden House Hotel

We booked the jacuzzi room and had plenty of space, nice decor, and a relaxing soak after a full day out. There were a few moth cocoons on the ceiling, though, and the toilet looked a bit dated. The hotel sits on a side street in the center, close to everything but away from the main road noise. Staff were friendly from the start. I liked hearing the exotic birds in the morning, but that might bother some people. We’d book again on our next Chiang Mai trip.

There’s no breakfast, welcome drink, gym, or extra frills here, but our room was spotless, the location was fantastic, and the 24-hour staff were kind and helpful. We loved our stay and would come back.

The rooms are spacious, pretty, and romantic, and the staff are kind and easy to reach. Though it’s in the old center, the place feels like a green retreat. The room doors can be noisy, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. We’ll be back.

Coffee is available for guests at reception, and the whole hotel was so quiet and spotless that shoes aren’t even allowed inside, including at reception. The staff were lovely and helpful. We loved it and will be back.
