I was especially impressed by the hotel owner’s friendly, hospitable nature and by how warmly everyone welcomed us with a smile. The reception team were all lovely and friendly, and the service was excellent. The accommodation felt comfortable, just like home, and the restaurant and rooms were clean and pleasant. It was conveniently located and a great place to relax. We had a fantastic holiday, and I was very impressed by the service and all the smiles.

The staff are very friendly and help ease the overall feeling of discomfort. Street-facing rooms are very noisy, almost as if the window hasn’t been closed. There are also some odd design choices: just one glass door separates the shower and toilet, so you always have to choose which one to close.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was awesome. Our room and the facilities were great too, and check-in went smoothly after we were warmly welcomed on arrival. We had a perfect stay at Sala Lanna Chiang Mai Hotel and will be back one day!

Our room was very clean, and I had a great stay. The staff were wonderful, polite, cheerful, and always glad to help with questions. There are two breakfast options: have it in your room or join in the dining area.

The rooms are very tidy and have a terrace where you can enjoy the Chiang Mai breeze. This cozy, calm resort is right beside the Ping river, in a quiet part of town, yet the weekend flower market is only a short distance away across the footpath bridge. There are plenty of amenities, helpful staff, and impeccable service.
