For a budget stay beside Maya Lifestyle Mall, it has some useful points: covered parking, working air conditioning that cools the rooms well, and a Luxe brand bidet. It worked for sleeping and shopping, but there were a lot of drawbacks during my stay. Noise was constant. The hotel is beside a main road and under a direct flight path, so traffic and airplanes were deafening, and the walls need soundproofing. There are no blackout curtains, so sunlight and other ambient light get into the room. The glass doors are frosted and sealed shut, with no view, and seem dangerous in a fire. The family room was advertised with two bathrooms but only had one. Beds may be fine if you like sleeping on rock-hard floors. There’s no elevator, which makes the stairs difficult for elderly or disabled guests and anyone carrying luggage. There was no wardrobe or cupboard for clothes or towels. WiFi was spotty, and download speeds depended on how many people were using it. The entrance doors were left open, so anyone could get inside. These are just observations from my stay, with no malicious intent. I hope the owners consider them and make improvements.

We’ve enjoyed coming here before because the family rooms are spacious, and the location is great, though it can get noisy outside. This trip, both our rooms and bathrooms had ants, and there were mold stains on the walls. The rooms were also a bit dirty. Several people in our family have allergies and asthma, and the cats in the lobby caused one of us to have issues. We’ve stayed a few times, but I’m not sure we’ll return.

The workers were still very nice, but the rooms were really dirty, and there was mold in the AC in several rooms. It felt unacceptable to sleep there. The airport noise was very loud too.

There are lots of nice places around here, including some with a European style, and the hotel is right by the big Maya shopping center. The rooms are large. I found the mattresses much too hard for my taste, and traffic noise came through, so I was glad to have earplugs.
