The loss of my necklace was upsetting enough, but the lack of transparency or meaningful help made it much worse. Trust is fundamental when you stay somewhere, and this experience completely undermined mine. I’m very disappointed and deeply upset. After checking out, I realized I’d accidentally left the necklace in the room. It was a treasured piece my grandmother gave me, with great sentimental and monetary value. We returned shortly afterward to retrieve it, but were told nothing had been found. Given how quickly we came back and where I’d left it, that answer is very hard to accept. It suggests a serious lack of honesty and accountability, which is shocking and heartbreaking. With great sadness, I can’t recommend this property.

Mr Andy and his team greeted us at check-in. We slept really well, one of our best nights in Chiang Mai, and the place felt clean, comfortable, safe, and secure. There’s a lovely little courtyard with a spot to relax, and mosquito coils are lit in the evening.

The location was really convenient for my Thai Massage studies, with the main massage schools close by. Most places I needed to visit were also within walking distance. There are cafes, restaurants, a 7eleven, and a small night Bazar nearby, where the food is cheap and the fresh smoothies are fantastic at just 30 THB. My room was beautiful and had a wardrobe, a table with a mirror, and two table beds, so it was easy to put my things away. The shower had a curtain, which seems simple, but it was the first time I’d seen one in South East Asia. Wi-Fi was really good. I needed to study for a few days and could watch live classes online. They also provided a free bottle of water every day. Great experience!

The garden is gorgeous, hard to believe you’re actually in the city. The people are kind and keen to help however they can, and the place is cleaned daily. The beds are quite good, just enough. Better than some hotels, in my honest opinion. Fully recommended!
