For this price, it’s hard to complain. The room was clean, the pool was well kept, and the staff were nice. The location is handy, close to Phae Gate, the night market, and the Sunday market. A cab to Nimman costs about 60 baht.

The old city location worked really well, with a 7-Eleven nearby and good Khao Soi next door. The hotel area had a nice feel, and there was cold water available to refill my bottle. My room was basic, but functional and clean. Noise was the downside. I could hear sounds from outside and from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was bland with few choices; the fresh fruit was the only highlight.

The rooms were clean and had what we needed for a decent night's sleep. They’re comfortable and nicely set up, though not fancy. Being inside the old city made it easy to walk around to everything within the walls. We also made good use of the pool and the washing machines on the third floor during the middle of our trip. The machines are first come, first served. There’s no dryer, but guests can hang clothes on the provided lines with the clothes pins.

My family and I were really happy with our stay. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops were plentiful within walking distance, and the location was perfect for us. We also loved being able to do our own laundry in the self serve machines. The house cat was super adorable :)
