It’s a great spot in Old City, close to plenty of places but still peaceful and quiet all day. This was my second stay, and I appreciated the thoughtful note recognizing that, along with the cute towel left on my bed. The employees’ customer service was really appreciated. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in Chiang Mai.

The hotel itself stays fairly quiet, which I appreciated even more after moving to a second hotel in the Ninman region. There was some construction noise outside during the day, but generally it was peaceful. The balcony room was spacious, as was the bathroom, though the balcony was barely usable because it faces the street and gets very loud. Old Town has lots of weekend parties. The location is great for exploring chingmai, with temples, including the most famous one, just a short walk away. The rooms are big and comfortable, and it’s a good central base.

My wife and I spent 4-5 days at the hotel in Chain Mai and were really happy with our stay. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the service was great and kind. I strongly recommend the place to everyone. Thanks again.

The place is handy for walking around the old town, and the staff were really friendly. I liked the pool area, and breakfast had a decent selection. The hotel could use some care, though. It felt a little tired, with paint and small touch-ups needed here and there. To me it was more like a 3-star experience than a 4-star one, and there may be better value elsewhere.

There are temples, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance, and the night market is only a couple of blocks away. The location is very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I’d definitely stay here again.
