The pool is a lovely little one, with loungers, and they also provide bikes to use. Service was great. Tha Pae Loft is affordable and in a top spot in the heart of Chiang Mai's old city, just steps from the Sunday night market. There's 136 Coffee right outside, restaurants close by, and a little puff pie place across the street. The comfortable rooms have air conditioning and modern cement floors. Water is provided daily and there's a fridge in the room. Noise can come through the washroom if people next door or upstairs aren't respectful. I'd highly recommend this little gem.

The room was very clean and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed. They can arrange laundry or anything else you might need. Just watch your step if you're wearing socks, since the room floors can be slippery. Bathroom lighting was a little dim, though fine for us. We would definitely recommend the hotel and come back for its perfect location and very friendly, helpful staff.

They noticed my birthday on my passport and went out of their way to bring me a cake and make a lovely towel cake. The rooms were incredibly clean, and you could ask them for anything. There were robes and slippers in the room, which felt like more than you'd expect from a 3+ hotel. The room, service, everything was perfect. Next time I'm in Chaing Mai, I'll stay here with my family. The main night market, 7/11, and lots of food are all within a five-minute walk.

Kratee at reception deserves a special mention. She was always smiling, warm, and genuinely helpful, and the whole staff were pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. Thapae Loft was very clean, well kept, and thoughtfully designed. Its central but peaceful spot made it easy to explore Chiang Mai. I loved my stay and would definitely choose it again, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Daily housekeeping kept the rooms in good shape, and free water at reception was handy in the hot weather. The staff were very friendly, too. It's a great place to stay in Chiang Mai, close to must-visit markets, bars, and temples.
