The staff were friendly and attentive, and their service made our stay very pleasant. The Artel Nimman Hotel was clean and comfortable, with fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Its location is excellent too: 7-Eleven, massage shops, and one of the best local Thai food stalls are all within an easy walk, with the food stall right beside the hotel. It suited all types of travellers, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The room was spacious and modern, with a nice bed, good AC, and good internet, and the hotel is very good value in the heart of Nimman. I was a little surprised that my ground-floor room had a large window facing the entrance, but a thick curtain covered it properly. The bathtub looks nice, though it sits a bit high for older people.

This charming, cozy boutique hotel is right in the heart of Nimman, Chiang Mai. It’s a great base for exploring the area, with cafes, restaurants, and everything else you might need within walking distance.

The location was pretty good, but that was the only positive for us. The breakfast was very basic, and the staff didn’t seem motivated to serve us. Our room wasn’t fully clean either. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were first told there weren’t any. The second time, we were told an extra one would cost 350฿. For that price we could have bought a new blanket, and in a three-star hotel I’d expect this not to be an issue. We’ve travelled for many years and this has never happened to us before. We were very disappointed and definitely wouldn’t return.

Nimman Road has plenty of cafes nearby, which is handy since the breakfast options are limited. The hotel itself is small but nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. It’s in a quieter part of Nimman. My kid especially loved the slide, and I loved the pillows.
