Traveller Inn Hotel

The only good thing was housekeeping. They were extremely kind, and I hope they find another hotel to work at. Every night was torture. I barely slept, and now I feel wrecked and completely sick. The AC sounded like a chainsaw, the mattress was like a stone slab, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, so you had to go to the lobby to connect. They charge a fortune, too. When I arrived, the tall, skinny guy at reception was very rude. He didn’t even greet me and guilt-tripped me for booking a month. He said there were hardly any rooms because of Loi Kratong, but the next morning I easily changed rooms and found out he’d lied. Nasty, bitter, mean little scammers. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life, and I’ve been to 22 countries and stayed in many hotels.

For the price, the room is perfect: spacious, very clean, and with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Obviously it’s not a five-star hotel, but for what it costs, it’s perfect!

There are bars, massage places, and lots of food nearby, including Indian and Thai food, burgers, and coffee. A 7-Eleven is just opposite, about 10 steps away, and getting around from here is convenient. The room rate is quite reasonable and cheap for the location. The downside is the hotel has a very small parking area.

A great option for solo travelers, with spacious rooms, clean and comfortable beds, and really friendly staff. The balcony has great views, too. I’d definitely stay here again. 100% recommend!
