The location made it easy to explore Chiang Mai, and I loved having a balcony off a spacious, clean, comfortable room. The common areas were great too. Breakfast was outstanding, with local and Western choices, and the coffee was available 24/7. I enjoyed every moment at iWulai and will definitely return next time I'm in Chiang Mai. Big thanks to the team for making the stay even more fun and memorable!

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the place is close to the old town. It’s also near the huge Saturday and Sunday bazaars, though far from the newer shopping malls and the night bazaar. The pool is there, and they clean it every day, so it stays nice, but it’s tiny, very cold, and sits in front of the dining area with just four sunbeds. This is a bare-bones bed and breakfast. I’d call it a hostel with a tiny pool rather than a 3* hotel.

You get free coffee, biscuits, water, and fruit throughout the day, which is a really nice touch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is right in the middle of the Saturday Night Market, making it super convenient for exploring. Good breakfast and a pleasant stay!

Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection, but everything was delicious and the quality was excellent. The rooms aren’t large, though they have the basics, including comfortable beds and a fridge. The air conditioning was quiet, and the small pool with cool water was perfect after a day in the sun. Staff were always smiling and very helpful. It’s a few minutes’ walk to the center, with a 7-Eleven nearby. They also kept our luggage for an extra night while we went to the mountains. Very nice hotel for a great price, we highly recommend it for the value.

The staff were lovely and helped us with everything. They also did something really nice for my boyfriend's birthday. We had a delicious breakfast, and the location was great, close to both the airport and the city centre. Everything was perfect, highly recommended :)
