The kind woman who welcomed us was the best part of the stay. She was so helpful on several occasions and makes a good breakfast herself each morning. The hotel looks like its photos, and the location is fairly convenient, about 30 minutes from the city center and 20 from the airport. The immediate area felt isolated, with only a few small cafés and restaurants nearby. For more activity and services, you need to go about 1.5 km. Our room and the common areas were acceptable but not spotless, and the property could use more maintenance. A decent place, especially for the warm, attentive service, if you don’t mind going a bit further for amenities.

We enjoyed biking through the countryside, and the guest house was able to do our laundry. The rooms and location are lovely, and the woman running the place was very nice and helpful. Her English is almost nonexistent, but an app helped. Breakfast was a light soup with toast and jam, and instant coffee or tea. The room had a terrible septic smell from the bathroom, covered by an overpowering perfume. We arrived at 5pm and, along with two other parties, found our room wasn't ready. We got in after about 30 minutes, opened the windows and ran the fans, then left on the guest house's bicycles for dinner hoping the smell would fade. It was still unbearable when we got back. The owner/operator seemed genuinely concerned and replaced the duvet after we told her, but the perfume smell remained overwhelming. By morning that scent had eased, but the bathroom was still awful. We burned incense and kept the door closed to contain the rotting smell. It was one of the worst smells I’ve ever encountered. The Wi-Fi and internet were terrible too.

I didn't stay there because the property didn't seem well maintained. The regular rooms looked good, though.
