The staff are kind and attentive, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Thailand. It’s home-style, with soup and egg stations. There may be fewer choices than at other hotels, but the food changes enough from day to day that I didn’t get bored, even on longer stays. The hotel is unpretentious, comfortable, and well equipped. Some rooms have direct access to the swimming pool, and I’ve stayed in one of those before. This time our room was huge and very comfortable, with all the amenities, including a shower, bathtub, and king-size bed. The views aren’t special from anywhere in the hotel, but it makes an ideal base for exploring Chiang Rai and the surrounding area. It’s on one of Chiang Rai’s main avenues, with quick access to both the airport and the center by the clock tower. One of my favorite hotels in Thailand.

The staff were excellent and polite, and they provide a free shuttle to Chiang Rai night bazaar. The food was amazing, too. The rooms are modern and have all the amenities, and the property and location are very good. This place is amazing.

There are plenty of other hotels available. We booked three rooms, but were told there was renovation work and were downgraded to a room for two people. There wasn’t an extra bed, and they only realized that after we asked. When the plain water was finished, they didn’t top it up and said we’d have to pay. Breakfast didn’t have much variety, and at checkout we were asked to wait a long time. The spa beside the hotel offered no discount, even though we were staying at the hotel.

The rooms are very clean, and the staff are helpful. It’s a beautiful modern hotel right in the heart of Chiang Rai. I’d highly recommend staying here while visiting the temples.
