The price is clearly shown on the banner and list as starting at ฿490. I tried to walk in for a room, but the receptionist told me they were full. Agoda still showed availability, so I asked her about it. She said she would reject any booking made through Agoda because there were no rooms left.

I couldn't get much sleep because the people next door talked and laughed loudly all night. That really affected my stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I liked the sleek, modern look with its black color scheme. The black staircase would make a great selfie spot 📸

The rooms were horrendous, with a smell in both the room and toilet that seemed to come from water damage. The water heater also wasn't working properly. Don't be fooled by the outside or the cheap price, think twice before staying here.

Central Festival is only a five minute walk away. The place was clean and well built, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. WiFi was super fast, the bed was large and comfortable, and the water had strong pressure and was hot. The AC was very cold. Amazing value.

It's near the shopping mall and 7-11, and the location works well if you like going out to eat and drink at night. The hotel is very new and clean.
