After long days exploring, I found the clean, modern rooms very relaxing. The staff were professional, kind, and always willing to help, and the location made nearby attractions and restaurants convenient to reach. Sann Hotel felt comfortable and high quality, like a true 5-star experience. I had a wonderful stay, would happily return, and recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Rai.

The price is so low, especially with free breakfast included, for rooms that feel like they belong in a 5-star hotel. It’s easy to get to everything. This is the best hotel in Chiang Rai.

The location is right in the middle of the city, but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. It wasn’t busy, and the parking was excellent. The room was clean, very nice, and better than we expected for the price, with excellent security. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, though there wasn’t much variety. We arrived around 9:15 AM and were disappointed the buffet hadn’t been restocked. Maybe that was because there were few guests during our stay. Breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, so bear that in mind. If we visit Chiang Rai again, we’d consider staying here.
