We were here for three nights at Starbright Hotel, and everything went fine. Big thanks to the woman at reception. She helped us with things around our stay, arranged a taxi, and helped us return our rental car while we were away. :-)

Big, clean room at an affordable price, right in the heart of Chiang Rai city. The staff were really friendly. A lovely place.

The manager spoke really good English and was happy to suggest things to do and see. We had a comfortable, spacious family suite with air conditioning, and could walk to the night bazaar.

Reception staff were great. The room was large, with a spacious bathroom, bathtub, and a separate enclosed toilet. The air con was great too.

Only a five-minute walk to the night market, and the bus station is nearby. We had some trouble with hot water on the 5th floor.
