We really didn't want to leave! They let us check in at 10am and check out at 1:30pm, and upgraded us to the family suite for about $30. The rooms were nice and dark for sleeping, and the beds were super comfy. From our balcony we could see the mountains surrounding us. The kids loved the water park, and we enjoyed the huge pool. The gym was adequate, though I walked next door to use one with more equipment. Breakfast was superb, with so many choices, and the staff everywhere were so kind. Wow, we loved this place!

We didn't have time to try all the activities, though there's a water park for kids and lots to choose from. The whole place had a wonderful resort feel, and the service was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We felt well taken care of. Our family room was spotless, extremely comfortable, spacious, practical, and thoughtfully arranged for a family. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for families wanting comfort, good service, and a real resort getaway.

The shuttle van to the night market was extremely convenient for tourists, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel has a great atmosphere and handy location, and it's clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. I especially loved the beautiful atmosphere on the 10th floor, a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Special thanks to Ying for her attention to detail and taking such good care of us throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

The riverside setting feels especially peaceful, and after dark the garden comes alive with colorful lights and illuminated sculptures. We had a lovely family stay at The Reiverie Hotel. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and very clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the water play area, and the kids’ club was a real plus, with kind, friendly staff. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and ready to help or answer questions. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, including a sweets station and sandwiches the kids would love.

The bed was the one thing that let me down. Our spacious room had a firm king bed, but the mattress was thin and there was a board underneath it, so it felt quite uncomfortable. I prefer firm beds, just not this one. I don't know if other rooms had the same setup; ours was 3201. I expected a bit more from a place that looks like a five-star hotel, though I'd still stay here again. I'm sharing this as something management might improve, not because the whole stay was bad. We were on a Gate 1 group trip, so I can't comment on the room or meal prices. Dinner and breakfast were included. My wife and I, along with about 18 others in our 33-person group, chose the beef tenderloin with seasonal vegetables, and we all found it delicious and tender. I didn't hear complaints about the salmon, chicken, or vegetarian option either. Breakfast was a buffet with Thai, American, Indian, and a few other cuisines, plus eggs and omelets made to order. The juice choices were only orange and a purple juice whose name I forget. It wasn't bad, but I didn't care for it and would have liked guava, mango, or another option. The restaurant on the 10th floor has nearly 360-degree views, especially of the sunset, the pool below, and the lit-up buildings. The atmosphere was nice, and you can step outside the restaurant to look around. During our stay, February 17 to 20, the river paths were decorated with colored lights and figurines, making for a pleasant casual walk. There's a pool with a small kids' play area, and what looked like a lazy river where you can float in a tube or go with the current. I don't know whether that river is part of the hotel or costs extra. We were out sightseeing both days during our two-night stay, so didn't get to try the pool or other activities. I wish we'd had another night or two to relax, though that's not usually why we travel. The location seemed good, but I can't say how it suits other travelers since we were visiting from the US on a group tour.
