The refrigerator was switched on but didn't get cold, and the thin blanket in the room was useless in the freezing weather. Staff said they had no extra blankets and didn't seem to care. The beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable, although I knew the room itself would be basic for what I paid. We waited five minutes for staff to check us in when we arrived in the early afternoon. They don't care about customers. There are nicer hotels in Chiang Rai for about the same price. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Stay away. I'll never come back.

The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful and well equipped at a very reasonable price. We had a lovely stay and would gladly recommend it. It's a super convenient spot, just a short walk from the Blue Temple, and our room even had a stunning temple view.

Parking can be a hassle when there are lots of guests, since space is limited and you may have to leave the car along the street. The room itself was quite nice for the price, and Wat Rong Suea Ten (the Blue Temple) is very close, just a short walk away.

We stayed an extra night even though our itinerary was tight, and I'd come back. The view was lovely, the staff member was helpful, though a bit sketchy when he asked us to pay cash a couple of times. Parking spaces were available, but there was no elevator, and the beds were hard like rocks.
