There was a lot to like here, especially the friendly, helpful staff and all the cats wandering around. Breakfast is free and self-serve, with coffee, tea, cereal, and toast. The room had what we needed, was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. It's also well placed for visiting Chiang Rai, with the Night Bazaar close enough to walk to.

The little details made this place feel thoughtful, and we got the sense the owner really wants guests to have a good stay. There's a lounge with complimentary drinking water, snacks, tea, and coffee. Parking is available for three cars at the house, with a few more spaces just a short distance away. The staff are super friendly and the cats are adorable, and they seemed very well cared for. For the price and location, it's hard to find much better than sleepy house. I'd recommend it and would happily come back.

We rented a moto and getting around was easy, thanks to the hotel's spot near both the airport and bus station. The room was clean and comfortable, just right for a rest after a long day, and the staff were professional and helpful. We had a great stay in Chiang Rai and would recommend the hotel. Thanks for looking after us!

The bed was comfy, the interior had style, and the cute cats roaming around were a highlight. It's a nice budget hotel. The shower design needs work because it floods, and the free breakfast is very basic and could be improved.

The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The women on the staff are lovely and kind, and always around if you need something. Best of all, the actual hotel owners are Tao Tao and the other cats! Such a nice stay, especially for cat lovers 😽 I'd happily recommend it.
