The staff made the stay feel welcoming, and breakfast was good. The facilities were well managed, and the rooms were modern, tidy, and comfortable, with the basics provided and housekeeping done reliably. Aya Boutique Hotel is right in central Pattaya, close enough to walk to the beach, shops, and nightlife, while still feeling calm. I’d recommend it for either a work trip or a holiday, and the value was excellent.

The staff were polite and supportive, and I had no complaints during my stay. My room was clean, neat, and kept in good condition, with the facilities you’d expect from a decent hotel. The pool was decent too. The beach is nearby, and Walking Street is about a 10-minute trip.

The location is good, and the room is livable for a short stay. But although it looked fine at first, there was dust and insects in several places, so the cleanliness was poor. When we asked twice for water bottles, the service guy was very rude.

The rooms are clean and modern, and housekeeping keeps up consistently. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. Aya Boutique Hotel is handy for the beach and Walking Street, with restaurants, shops, massage places, and other amenities nearby. I’ll come back on my next trip.

I’ve tried emailing and messaging them through Agoda, Trip, and other channels, and haven’t gotten a single reply. That’s why I haven’t been able to book. It says a lot about the management and what guests might expect. Funny that they do reply to Google reviews, though.
