They found us a motorbike for the day for 300 baht, and the service was good. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the room wasn’t great: the sink was outside on the tiny balcony and didn’t work, and there was no hot water for our morning shower. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We left after two nights of a four-night booking because the place was so bad. The welcome was cold, and breakfast was even colder. They don’t reply to messages or provide receipts for cash deposits or cash upgrades, and they’ve ignored several messages while I’m still chasing both receipts. The bar is a joke, it isn’t really a bar, and the pool was the worst we’ve ever seen, matching the general service. The people running it seemed like kids who acted as though we were in their way. There’s no elevator or assistance. The balcony is tiny and has no railing, with a 15-foot drop, and for some reason the bathroom sink is out there. The decking facing the water has no handrail and feels very unsafe. There are bathtubs in the room or on the balcony, taking up valuable space. The air conditioner leaked onto the TV plug, the water was cut off in the evening, the doors don’t lock, and there’s no safe in the room. The place feels like a major accident waiting to happen. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The place felt harmless enough. Adults walked by without making us feel we were in their way, and we got a warm welcome with an even warmer breakfast. They reply to messages twice and hand out extra receipts for card downgrades and deductions. They’re still chasing us for receipts, lol. There are extra railings on the huge balcony, which overlooks a 15-foot drop, and the bathroom sink isn’t out there. The usual casual commitment to bathtubs still takes up valuable space. There are extra elevators and almost too much assistance, if I’m honest. The room has two safes and feels like Fort Knox. There’s also a handrail on the very stable decking. Best pool I’ve ever seen. We stayed an extra two nights, and it was so good.

The ocean view was stunning. The room was clean, service was good, and the staff were friendly. I recommend it.
