Banyan Resort Bangsan

We spent two weeks here with our dog. It's a peaceful place and very comfortable for people traveling with pets. The hostess was kind and polite, spoke English well, and clearly loves animals. The rooms aren't new, but had everything we needed to live there. The fridge was broken when we arrived, but after we reported it, they replaced it within half an hour. The seaside is a five-minute walk away. I'd recommend the hotel especially if you have a dog, and the price is good too.

The owner is nice, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. But for the 600thb a night we paid, I don't think it was worth it. We found it very noisy from cars and groups of people, and the wifi didn't work properly. The room was old, which was okay. In Isan or northern Thailand, you could get a proper hotel for 600thb a night. Still, I wish them luck, just sharing an honest review. 😊🙏🏽

It's a quiet resort, even though it was busy during our stay, with a large parking area and a handy spot on a side road just minutes from most Bangsaen amenities. The place has an older style, with a few extra attractions. Our room was basic but spacious, with a TV and A/C. The bathroom was small but adequate. The cat was friendly, the staff efficient, and bicycles were available to hire for free.

The place has a friendly community feel and is safe and secure. It's quiet, very cheap, and just a five-minute walk from the beach. Our studio room was spacious, the staff were very pleasant, and it was cleaned daily. It has its own charm, but this isn't the place if you're after 4 or 5* luxury.
