Laemtong Hotel Serviced Apartment

The room was clean and breakfast was good, but the hotel is dated. Our room was on the fourth floor, facing the parking building. The old air conditioner compressor made a loud noise all night, and light from the parking lot came through the thin curtains. Between the noise, bright light, and poor view, I could barely rest. The hotel entrance was very dark, and there was no security staff there to explain where guests should park. I left our car in front of the hotel, where another car was parked and there seemed to be plenty of space. At check-in, reception told us to move it elsewhere. Management should address this. It seems this has happened before, and putting up a parking information sign would help. Otherwise, it feels like the place is being left to fall apart. With the problems I experienced, especially the noise, light, view, and messy parking arrangements, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are better choices in the area.
