A clean hotel in a convenient location.

The rooms and building looked nicely decorated, and the first and second floors were very clean. But the stairs to floors three and four were thick with dust, like nobody had cleaned them. We booked two rooms, and although the staff’s Thai wasn’t very clear, that didn’t cause a problem. The elevator did. Going up to the fourth floor, it moved slowly and noisily enough to make me nervous. When we arrived, the doors barely opened, and the open button did nothing. We went back down to the first floor, where it opened, and a staff member rode up with us. That trip was fine, but later the doors wouldn’t open again when we tried to go down, so both families ended up using the stairs. There were hardly any guests, so I don’t understand why we were put on an upper floor. The doors also made a very loud noise opening and closing. The owner should oil the hinges, since you can tell which room is being used just by hearing them. I couldn’t sleep all night because the room got so hot. The air conditioner’s compressor was on the balcony facing into the room, and heat came in even after I got up to adjust the air conditioning. The bathroom was cramped, and the glass door between the rooms didn’t close completely. This family holiday was a total failure, especially the accommodation. The air conditioning and elevator really need attention.

The room was spacious, but a strong, sickening smell hit all of us as soon as we entered. We told the hotel, and they sprayed air freshener, which made us feel even more nauseous. The bathroom was badly laid out and extremely cramped, with no toilet paper, bin, or place for toiletries. We had to put our face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and contact lens case on the floor when showering. We booked a 40-square-meter room with one large bed, a small bed, and a sofa bed. The beds were hard, the pillows uncomfortable, and the bright white lighting was awful. There were no switches by the bed, so we had to walk to the door to turn the lights on or off. The stay was very uncomfortable. The access road was narrow, and parking was limited.

Right across from Burapha University, the place has spacious, clean rooms that look new. There are options for three people at a good price, and I’d recommend it. Parking can be a bit tricky, though.

The staff were friendly, but the room was small, with a tiny bathroom, and you could hear people talking and walking outside. The bed was very hard. For 850 baht plus a 200 baht deposit, this is what you get. It might still be okay, I guess.
