The staff made the meal feel special, from the security guard jogging ahead of our car to point us toward a parking spot (we tipped him well) to the restaurant manager who told us about the cakes. We tried the 1188 Baht Peking duck deal without expecting too much at that price, but it surprised us. The pancakes seemed homemade and were better than at other Peking duck places we’ve tried. We also got cake for dessert and learned about the buy-one-get-one offer, so we took one cake each home. The hotel makes them itself, and both the chocolate and orange cakes were really good. We’ll definitely come back.

The smell in the room was so strong and musty that I could hardly sleep. It felt unpleasant as soon as I walked in, and the room itself was old. Then I found a cockroach, which is unacceptable for a hotel. I told the staff, but they only smiled and apologized. They didn’t take any real action or offer a solution, and I didn’t feel they took my concern seriously.

The parking situation was frustrating. There’s a large lot, but many spaces are blocked off, and it gets chaotic when seminars or tour groups arrive. The parking inside the building is very narrow too. There was no microwave in the room, and the restaurant wouldn’t reheat anything. Room service was awful, they wouldn’t even bring plates or utensils, so you have to go downstairs for anything you need. Wi-Fi was extremely slow and kept cutting out. Breakfast was tasteless and poor quality. On the first day I found a cockroach, and after getting rid of it, I noticed lots of little ones hiding around the room. The cleanliness was clearly unacceptable. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Poor hygiene, bad service, and terrible facilities. Definitely not worth the money or another visit.

We were here for a few weeks and the staff took really good care of us. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the beds were so comfortable, and there were great food options too. I’d definitely come back!

The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The rooms are nice, and the staff were nice too.
