The service really stood out. My partner dropped an earring down the sink, and we thought it was gone. We told reception, went out to the beach, then came back to find staff had arranged maintenance to take the sink apart and return the earring safely in a clear plastic bag. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. On our last day, they even let us use beach towels for two hours after checkout. We'd booked Panmanee Hotel because there wasn't much availability elsewhere, and I was skeptical at first. But the hotel surprised us. It's a five-minute walk from the ferry, a useful location since there's no transport on Phi Phi. Even in the busy town center, it was peaceful and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The hotel is newly decorated, modern, and well maintained, with clean, tidy rooms and excellent facilities. Highly recommend, and we'd definitely stay again.

The room was stylish and clean, and the staff were friendly, spoke English well, and provided great service. The hotel is right in the heart of the island. Nightlife noise wasn't an issue, though sound can carry through the door. A nearby mosque can also be loud, so bring earplugs and you should sleep through it 👏

The renovated facilities felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. I noticed the first-floor smell only rarely, and it was mild enough to be a non-issue. Staff were kind and helpful, too. The location made the stay especially convenient: two minutes on foot from the pier and close to restaurants, while set back from the bars and shops enough to feel peaceful. I'm not sure there's a better mix of comfort and convenience on Ko Phi Phi. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

We found exactly what we wanted. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the staff were so nice and helped with everything. The location was perfect, about a three-minute walk from Ton sai pier, with restaurants, laundry, coffee, small shops, and 7eleven all just one or two minutes away.

The reception staff were so polite and attentive. They let us leave our luggage and even shower after check-out, which was very kind. They also had beach towels and umbrellas for guests, and the Wi-Fi was high quality. My room smelled pleasant and was spotless, and the whole hotel was clean and well organized. Thanks for the warm welcome and lovely stay!
