The staff at reception were friendly, and there are plenty of places to eat or get coffee along the walk to the beach road, about 10 minutes away. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a good firm bed. It’s simple rather than luxurious, which was what I expected. Good value for the price.

The sound carried between rooms, and there was quite a bit of noise from another room around 10 PM on my night there. I told the staff, and they dealt with it very quickly, which impressed me. The room was clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent, with convenient access to the university. There was plenty of parking too.

If you’ve been drinking near the beach, this place could be a convenient option. But noise is a problem. Sounds from other guests and rooms in the building woke me early every morning. The building has the feel of a typical Thai condo. It had a bar of soap, shampoo, and two towels, but no toothbrush, toothpaste, or opener, and the shower head was broken. On the weekend I paid around 800฿ a night, but to me it felt worth about 450฿. I’ve stayed in the beach area before and paid 1,000฿. Even allowing for the distance from the beach, I don’t think this place is worth the price I paid.

The entrance is on the main road beside 7-eleven, with gates facing the road. You can't enter from the other sois, and it may be hard to spot since there are no English signs. The building looks like a condo, which it is, more than a hotel. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. It cost 900 baht, with a 500 baht deposit, for a double bed.

The room has a cooking area and a place to do laundry, and there's a washing machine and drinking water vending machine. A 7Elevent is very close, with a department store and the beach not far away. Handy location, but the staff weren't very polite.
