We spent three days here, and it was a horrible stay. The room and public areas had lots of mosquitoes, and we had to spend time dealing with them every night before we could sleep. There was no room cleaning and no replacement supplies, including toilet paper and tissues. We also couldn't find staff at check-in. They'd left an A5 sheet with a phone number and told customers to call, then wait in a small, messy entrance. The staff member eventually came slowly, registered us and showed us the room, then disappeared. We never saw her again. There was no service or welcome smile. I’m really surprised this place has a 4.3-star rating. It feels completely fake. 😡😡

The rooms are basic but decent, and there’s tea and coffee in the shared area. The staff weren’t especially welcoming or good at their jobs.

The beach is about 80 meters away, with wheelchair-accessible stairs for getting down to swim. There isn’t a 7-Eleven close by, though, so expect to walk around 200 meters to reach one. Inside, the room was spacious and clean, with a soft, comfortable bed and a clean, fairly large bathroom. It also had a refrigerator, TV, and wardrobe. Coffee, Ovaltine, instant noodles, and bread were set out for self-service in an open area outside.
