Uh Hostel

Two nights just wasn’t long enough here. It’s a great hostel, and the price is reasonable.

For a short getaway, this was just right. The room was great and the service was really good.

We booked three rooms, including one for my brother, and they were all alike. Everyone was happy with theirs. The rooms were roomy and clean, with a wardrobe, clothes rack, fridge, hairdryer and drinking water. The new air conditioner cooled well, though it made a bit of noise. The mattress and pillows were soft, which my child loved, and the sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower pressure was good, the toilet flushed properly, and toothbrushes, shampoo and body wash were provided. Downstairs, the reception space was clean and open, with coffee and snacks available. The elderly owner was warm and welcoming. There’s no elevator, and the stairs are a little narrow, but getting to our second-floor room was easy. The building seems neither very old nor brand new. It’s beside a road, so traffic can be heard at night, though there’s parking and the beach is nearby. The location is good and the price was reasonable. Service was okay. I’d stay again if I came back.

We were here for the Bangsaen 21km race, and the accommodation had bananas and drinking water for guests on race day. I also want to recognize the staff for their helpful advice and great service. There are free snacks, plenty of parking, and Bangsaen beach is close by. It’s right alongside the road, so rooms 7, 9, or 11 may get traffic noise. There’s no elevator, but the place has only 3 floors. I’d happily recommend staying here.
