One Chumphon Hotel

Everything else was good: clean, secure and peaceful, in a nice area. But the mattress in room 256, with the twin double beds, is rubbish. I could feel the metal springs digging into my hips after a long day. Please replace it. The room freshener was also too strong, almost like it was covering up mold. Breakfast was available for only two hours.

The terrace beside the river has plenty of room to relax with the view or eat lunch or dinner. We ordered delivery from a nearby restaurant and enjoyed dinner in that peaceful setting. We booked two bungalows facing what we felt was the best river view. Our first night has made a strong impression, and we booked three nights. The room was very clean, with nearly everything well thought out. I saw a review about the slippery shower floor from two months ago, then another a month later thanking the hotel for adding a non-slip mat. That shows how much they pay attention to guests' needs. I love this place and will definitely choose it first when I visit Chumporn.

The bed was comfortable and very clean, and the accommodation itself was spotless. It’s new, with a contemporary feel, in an attractive garden by the water and reasonably close to town. Breakfast was good, though not outstanding, and the staff even prepared something outside their usual offerings for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend staying here.

The staff were very friendly, and there was a cute cat 🐈. This works well as a stopover. I'd skip the basic rooms and pay more for a bungalow by the river. I initially thought I'd booked one because the photos looked so similar. The basic rooms are quite noisy, and sound carries easily.
