An affordable place near shopping, with a direct train to BKK airport. The road to the hotel was filthy, with discharge pipes overflowing and similar mess.

The room was a bit dated, but they cleaned it every day. I felt welcomed and valued, and the location and staff were great. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

We only used Cozy Villa Hotel Bangkok for luggage storage, so I can't comment on staying in the rooms. With a late flight and a full day ahead, returning to our hotel for our bags would have cost us time and nerves in Bangkok traffic. We had planned to leave them near Ratchaprarop Station, but the storage shop was shut for the Sunday. Cozy Villa Hotel Bangkok was just 100 meters from the station and took our luggage. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the location couldn't have worked better. They saved our Sunday. For bag storage, it was perfect.

We couldn't find the luggage storage place from an app we'd downloaded, so we asked here in desperation if they knew where it was. The woman at reception was really kind and helpful, and they stored our bags for a third of what the app's shop would have charged. Just wanted to say thank you for being so kind.

The staff were lovely and the service was good, and they offer free coffee in the lobby. I borrowed a kettle from there to take upstairs, so I guess they may not have enough for every room. The location worked well for getting to the airport rail link at Ratchaprarop station and the Pratu Nam shopping area. The room was uncomfortable, especially the bed, and the toilet was crammed into the shower room.
