The resort is very good, with clean, roomy rooms, well-kept grounds, and a great pool and steam area for cooling off on a hot day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just note that getting into Chiang Mai takes about an hour. They run two shuttles out each day and one back in the afternoon. If you stay in the city into the evening, an Uber back was about 500 baht.

It's peaceful and scenic here, with beautiful rooms and good amenities. There's a pool, and you can rent bicycles near the entrance. The free shuttle can take you to the hot springs or the city. Having your own vehicle would make reaching the resort and exploring nearby much easier. The Netflix app on the TV didn't work, which was a shame. Also check out coffee&milk cafe nearby :)

We came here to get away, and the resort is built perfectly for that. The pool area is awesome, and the staff are so lovely I didn't want to leave after 14 days. It's a long way from Chiangmai, but that's exactly why we chose it. Noom can arrange private trips to nice places nearby. We enjoyed relaxed weeks here and will definitely return. Don't miss the nearby agricultural center, monastery, or elephant sanctuaries.

The location was just right for escaping the busy city, and the spacious, clean rooms were thoughtfully designed. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. Even though the hotel seemed understaffed, the service was exceptional and the team did everything they could to look after us. The owners were also very helpful and happy to answer our questions. I can't understand how this place has only a 3.9-star rating.

The rooms are really comfortable and clean, but the restaurant falls short in every way, so avoid eating there if you can. Bring your own car or hire one. Shuttle trips are limited, though you can book the van from 6 to 6 for 3,500 baht.
