I’ve been here three times, and it’s a quiet getaway right in Fang. The cabins are spacious, nicely decorated, and immaculate, while the grounds are kept up beautifully. Staff are friendly, and the restaurant area is lovely. The mini-bar in the room feels like it’s there for guests’ convenience, rather than to make money like at many resorts.

There are five large, very clean bungalows in a garden, with a greenhouse where they grow lettuce. The owner is a friendly host, and there’s a small house with breakfast facilities. The area is quiet, with a Burmese temple next door and plenty of restaurants in the village, about a five-minute walk away. You can request a good, quite firm oil massage. I stop here on every bike trip. Go for it.

If you’re spending time in Fang, don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s a very peaceful, comfortable place with five bungalows set in a beautiful garden. The owners are friendly, and they also have a restaurant near the resort with very nice food. Try the dim sum.
