I’d seen the bad references and wasn’t sure about booking, but I’m glad I went ahead. The woman at reception was really helpful and courteous. The pool was in perfect condition and very clean, and the room had everything I needed with all the appliances working properly. Maybe those bad reviews were from the Covid period, because the hotel looked perfect when I was there, and the price was very good.

We booked three nights but left after just one because the lock was broken and we didn’t feel safe. There were several other things broken or in bad shape, and when we tried to reach the hotel, nobody responded. There was no communication at all. A very bad experience.

The bed was comfortable and good for sleeping, but the room still wasn’t neat or clean enough. Nobody was at reception, so I had to call the number there every time.
