Veranda Chiang Mai Suite

The quiet here is hard to find elsewhere, and the resort is absolutely beautiful. What made our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai especially lovely was the attentive, genuinely hospitable staff, whose care went beyond what we expected. An unforgettable retreat. We can't wait to come back!

We loved waking up to the calm views, and the resort grounds were beautiful, full of greenery and thoughtfully arranged spaces where it was easy to relax. Our rooms also blended modern comfort with the natural setting and made a peaceful place to come back to after exploring. Our family spent two nights at Veranda High Resort in Chiang Mai, and the staff welcomed us warmly. Their service stayed friendly and attentive throughout, and they were always willing to do a little extra. The whole experience felt carefully put together, luxurious but still welcoming. We left refreshed and grateful for a memorable stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai for a special getaway.

The warmth from the team made our time at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai especially memorable. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the staff member who showed us around our room and explained its layout and the resort facilities in detail, we felt well looked after. Everyone we met, at the restaurant and around the property, greeted us with a smile. We've stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was one of our best service experiences. My wife and I are grateful for such a happy stay and hope we can return.

The pool was the main draw for me, with its mountain views and a view of the area's large white Temple. The rooms had lovely views too, a huge bathtub, and hot water. Breakfast and the food were excellent, and the low season was peaceful apart from some renovation work. Music by the pool and in the restaurants was calm and relaxing. The resort is older and needs upkeep, though they are doing repairs, which I appreciated. We were upgraded because renovations were happening in the lobby and about half the rooms. Service was great. Some things felt eco-friendly, though not everything, and the spa was very expensive.
