The place seemed so neglected that it felt like they’d opened up an abandoned building to take extra guests instead of saying the hotel was full. Our room was dirty and run down, and most of the furniture looked decades old. 19 Oct 2025

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel feels rundown and quite scary, and they didn’t honor the food and beverage deal they advertised. It was supposed to be buy one, get one free, but for our 29 people they didn’t give us even one discount. Better to find another hotel in Hatyai.

I’m really disappointed. I’ve called the hotel many times to ask about my refund for the flooding cases, but I still haven’t had any response or update. Please get back to me as soon as possible and return my money 🙏 🙏 🙏. Please ..

The worst issue for our health was the poor ventilation and strong mold smell. My friend got sick after coming back to the room. This was my first stay here, for an event, and the experience was pretty bad overall. The hotel is very old, and the air conditioning wasn’t cold at first. We had to contact reception several times and have a technician come by more than once. They said the room needed time to cool and suggested leaving the key in while keeping the main switch on, which meant going to reception to have our door opened whenever we returned. Such a hassle. Only one of the three elevators could be used, so we often waited a long time. We had two rooms under one deposit slip. One room checked out early, then when the last room checked out and we went to the counter with the slip, the staff member insisted the key hadn’t been returned without checking. After we argued, they looked for it and found it had been checked out. There also weren’t any free power points for charging phones, so I had to unplug a lamp. Then the room didn’t have enough light.
