Kulasub Hotel

The walls were so thin we kept hearing the neighbors talk and slam doors, and there’s no lift, so big luggage has to go up the steep stairs. In room 203, the toilet flush didn’t work. We were given only two pillows, despite the photos showing four. My mom has long hair, and with the towels being very thin and no hairdryer in the room, she asked for another towel. The owner said they couldn’t provide one. The owner was VERY RUDE when we arrived, a middle-aged man who couldn’t even be bothered to greet us. At checkout I handed him the key and said I was checking out that day. He just stood there without replying or saying thank you, much like at check-in. We’d planned to stay in Hatyai for two weeks and thought we might stay here longer, but no. We found another hotel near town around Lee Garden with much better service and left the next day. I’ve never been treated this way at any other hotel in the world. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST.
