The room wasn’t very soundproof, so hallway conversations and footsteps carried in, and there was music from the nearby playground when the community did rhythmic exercise in the evening. Housekeeping also came in and cleaned without warning. The tidy beds and fresh towels were nice, and nothing was missing, but a “Do Not Disturb” sign would give guests more privacy. We only had one access card, though staff would help if you needed to use the lift without it. For a family, it’s still good value. Our room had two queen beds and an extra single, plus two airconds. It got so cold that we switched one off. There were plenty of pillows, two big ones per person, lots of plug points, a separate bed area, wardrobe space, and a fairly large bathroom. The shower pressure was weak, although the bidet worked fine. They provided bottled water, but no iron, kettle, or 3-in-1 drinks. In the morning, hot coffee or tea was available from the machine near the lobby lift.

Our tour organiser arranged day use of a room here. The standard twin was roomy, with a large bathroom and clean linens.

There were some stains in the toilet that should be cleaned up, though both the room and bathroom were spacious. The lift was very slow, but taking the stairs is an option if you don’t have luggage. Recommended if it fits your budget.

My room was fine, but arriving was a terrible experience. It was Friday afternoon around check-in time, and the lift was being maintained. My friends and I had to carry our bags up to the 5th and 6th floors. I was going to the 6th, and the lift was running again by the time I reached the 5th with my luggage. The receptionists didn’t apologize or suggest waiting a little for the maintenance to finish. Their English was poor, and they didn’t try to explain the situation. My tour guide ended up apologizing and explaining it to us. Luckily, everyone in our group was young enough to climb six flights. I would have felt better if they’d simply asked us to wait, but they let us haul our heavy bags upstairs ourselves.
