We were really disappointed with what we got compared with what we expected and what had been sold to us. On Booking and other platforms, the hotel appears to be 5 stars, but it’s completely wrong. At most, it’s a 3-star hotel. At least the room was clean, but there wasn’t any hand soap. We’re not angry at the employees, but at the management and the unclear communication between them and Booking. The hotel rules also give religion a noticeable presence, including a rule that women and men can’t use the same swimming pool. We feel like we’ve been ripped off.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was dirty, and the pillows and sheets had a big stain. The smell made it seem 100% like someone else had used them. Doors kept slamming noisily, and the staff didn’t smile at all or speak English. When we checked out, no one came to carry our bags even though they were sitting right in front of us. The power went off without warning, and they just called to say it would take an hour to come back. How is a hotel supposed to run without electricity? We also asked for a trash bag for personal belongings. They said they didn’t have one and didn’t even try to apologize. I’d rate it 0 if I could.

The rooms are very clean and nice, and it makes sense since the hotel is still new. I love the shower gel, it smells really good. There’s a big parking lot outside the building, but no indoor parking, so you have to park your motorcycle outside too.
