I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I arrived at Richmann Resort Hotel Hatyai, and the cleanliness, facilities, and service were all very good. Been, Jida and Zeeza were especially kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai.

They even decorated the bed for my birthday, which was such a nice surprise. I stayed in new Building 3 at Richmann Hotel Hatyai, and the room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant food was good too, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It made for a really enjoyable birthday trip.

Thale gave us excellent service, welcoming us in the car park, showing us to the room, and explaining its features clearly. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi 😍 The resort was superb, and we really appreciated the hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.
