I’ve never written a negative hotel review before, but this stay with my family was truly terrible. The shower kept swinging from scalding hot to freezing cold, so none of us could shower properly. When I called, a staff member went straight to the door and pushed up the power switch. That made it seem like they already knew about the hot water problem, but even afterward the temperature kept changing and a proper shower was impossible. As soon as we entered the room, we found several hairs on the sheets, unchanged pillowcases and an unpleasant smell. I called the housekeeper, who immediately said she’d replace the bedding, which made it clear she knew it hadn’t been changed after the previous guest left. Do not stay here.

The staff were all lovely, and the food was delicious. We found the accommodation comfortable, with clean, well-kept rooms and a spacious parking lot.

The location worked well for us, close to restaurants and tourist attractions, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. Our room was very clean, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning kept it cool. The staff were polite and gave excellent service. I was very impressed, especially for the value, and would definitely stay again if I get the chance. 😊

I slept really well in the soft, comfortable bed, and the room was clean. The service impressed me from check-in through check-out. It’s easy to get to food and tourist attractions from here. I’d happily stay again if I have the chance. 🤍

Getting around from here is very convenient, and it’s quiet. The rooms are clean and inexpensive, breakfast is included, and the staff give good service.
