Wisdom Residence

I’ve stayed here twice. The room is big and has a balcony, and you can safely park a big bike. The higher floor, 602 floor, had better sound insulation. On the lower 2nd floor I could hear everything next door. FO staff Joe and Tan were excellent. It’s not far from town, with plenty of local restaurants and 7e nearby.

We booked two rooms for one night in Hatyai, one facing west and one east. We got a lovely sunset, then sunrise the next morning.

I last visited seven years ago, and the hospitality is still great. Highly recommend.

My family and I booked two days online, and the hotel staff knew level 7 had no wifi but didn’t warn us. The floor we stayed on had zero wifi, and the staff seemed to expect us to already have wifi. When we complained, they said they’d call a technician to fix it right away. We came back later that day and nothing had changed. Then it was the same excuse, that the technician would come tomorrow. We asked for options like changing rooms or compensation, but they refused everything, saying the hotel was fully booked.
