I forgot to take photos, haha. For anyone trying not to spend much on a hotel, this one is worth the money. It’s quiet, and Lee Garden is about a 10-minute walk or less. 7-11 takes around five minutes on foot. There isn’t much food right nearby, but Lee Garden is walkable. On-site parking is limited, I think under 20 spaces, and when it’s full you can park on the quiet road outside. The room is spacious with basic amenities, a safe, and a mini fridge. The aircon was either 1.5hp or 2hp, I’m not sure, but it cooled the room well. The bathroom is roomy too, and the shower has a partition to keep water away from the toilet and sink. That shower section is a bit narrow, making the toilet area seem much bigger, haha. There’s hot water at both the shower and sink. I’ll make this my first choice next time.

The room is nicer than the outside, and the hotel is very clean. Night market is within walking distance, and the sheltered parking is very good. It’s convenient overall. The one downside is that the back alleys can be dark when you walk through them, though it’s the same around other hotels there.

The room’s view over the river was quite nice, and the price was great. But the curtains were dirty, there were stains on the bed, and the floor was filthy when we checked in. Service was moderate. The location is pretty good, but if you need a clean, good hotel, you should try somewhere else.

The room was spacious, fairly clean, and close to what we needed. We picked it for the parking and location, with Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market both within a walkable 900m radius. Foreign guests can leave RM100 / THB700 / a passport as the deposit. The hallway carpet really needs attention. It was very dirty and dusty, with a strong bad smell, like it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned properly in a long time. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide an iron, which is inconvenient if you need one. The room size and location were impressive, but fixing these things would make the stay better.
