The rooms were tidy and the staff seemed well trained. The location is handy too, set away from heavy traffic but still just minutes from downtown, the night market, PSU university, and the bus terminal.

A clean room for a reasonable price, and the location makes it easy to walk to Asean, Greenway, Lee Garden, the night markets, and Central Hatyai Shopping Mall.

I picked this hotel mainly because Greenway Market is within walking distance, and the nearest 7e is about five minutes away. There aren't any massage places around the hotel. The room was spacious and really clean, so it felt worth the price. They do ask for a 500 baht deposit. No hairdryer or iron in the room, though you might be able to request those.

Greenway Night Market is right next to the hotel, an easy walk even with my elderly mom. From there, Asean Night Market is roughly a seven minute walk, give or take. If you have data, you can look up Asean Night Market in Google Maps and choose the walking route, or download an offline map before the trip. For the price, the room was comfortable enough for at least two or three adults. It had a TV, medium sized fridge, heater, AC, bidet hose, parking, WiFi, and a balcony. The balcony view wasn't much, but that didn't matter to me since we were out most of the time. Bring your own iron, as they don't provide one.
