The clean bedsheets were the one positive, and even that was a bit surprising. The shower had no hot water or proper pressure, so we literally had to wash using the bidet hose. We ended up here because the airline arranged it after our flight was cancelled. The stay was very disappointing, and I wouldn't choose or recommend this place unless there was absolutely no other option.

The service to me and my family was one of my worst experiences. We arrived in our Perodua Bezza and were left waiting outside for an hour after staff told us to wait until we could park. The parking was across the busy road. They helped the luxury cars, but we had to manage on our own. After I got fed up waiting, I went upstairs and found the staff. Once they finally spoke to me, they went off to do other things first. Half an hour later, they only then told me I could park by myself.

The service was poor from the front desk, and housekeeping was outright rude when I asked for help. My first room had a visible stain on the bedsheet, so I asked to change rooms. The replacement was no better, with barely working air-conditioning and a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. Dirty rooms, bad AC, and rude staff made this a huge disappointment. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Getting a Grab was easy, and Lee Gardens is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away. The room photos on the hotel's listing don't match what I experienced. Our room was dirty, and the sheet wasn't changed during our three night stay. Housekeeping only emptied the bin. We asked about fresh towels in the morning, but were told they had run out. One receptionist even rolled their eyes when I asked. I'd read that reception staff were friendly, but that wasn't our experience.
