Abundance Baan Imm Aim Huahin

The complex was nice and quiet, and the cleaning crew were always around keeping things in order. There’s a friendly security guard at the entrance, a convenience store across the street, and a few places to eat nearby. Tamarind market is a 10 min walk and has a good selection of food, but it’s only open thur-sunday. I’d stay again. I didn’t use the pool, though plenty of others seemed to enjoy it. I was in one of the rentals all of April 2025. I went to the gym every day. It’s fine for a quick workout, with free weights up to 25kg. One treadmill was out of order. There are two a/c units, and they work alright, but the one over the treadmills swings pretty badly between warm and cold. Both could probably use a cleaning.

I couldn’t get near the pool from the second day after arriving at the condo until the day before leaving, because I had severe body aches and a cold. Each room may be different, but mine was really disappointing. It had faded purple beds, pink rugs with stuff on them, three red mats, red arch-patterned wallpaper, and red flower-print sofas. The furniture looked like old household things someone had left behind. It’s an old condo, but it seems to be managed to some extent.

I found it on Agoda at a very cheap price. It’s a typical Thai ( Sansiri) condo. At 600baht a night during holiday season, it was definitely worth 5 stars.

The facilities were nice, and the workers were super nice too. The middle men who rented the place were less pleasant. They promised quite a few things, but after the contract was signed, they didn’t follow through on many of them, including internet and sheets. The rooms also had some breathing issues.
