Block B at the rear of the site has the least traffic noise. Pool view rooms on the south side have good views of Hua Hin. There’s a good gym and pool area, plus a drinks machine in the lobby and a water dispenser. The building office is in the ground-floor reception area, and security is on site. Parking is available. Laundry is available in the building, but it takes a few days to get things back, so it’s better for bedding and other large items. The communal areas are cleaned and maintained daily.

The pool and fitness facilities were good, and there are more amenities just outside the gated community. Staff were great, too. A perfect stay.

The property is immaculate and well cared for, with a lovely pool, helpful concierge service, and great staff. I love living at Baan Kun Koey, especially for its exceptional Hua Hin location. My one gripe is the kids screaming in the pool. What can you do? 🤷🏽‍♂️

It felt very safe, and the staff were nice. The place is just okay, with a small gym and air conditioning that works on and off. There’s a 7eleven and local restaurants within walking distance. I’d stay again, but if you book through Airbnb, check that you aren’t being overcharged. It isn’t worth it at an inflated price.

The room has a pantry and was well equipped, and laundry is available on the ground floor. The condo is easy to find and within walking distance of cicada night market. It’s quiet, clean, and well maintained, with a nice clean pool and fitness area.
